JLL extends property management
JLL is now property manager for building C of Gdański Business Center office complex located in Warsaw, Poland.
The professional services and investment management firm JLL is now in charge of the new property management, which includes dealing with tenants and supervising subcontractors as well as overseeing maintenance costs. However, the firm has already been in control of buildings A and B since 2014, which are also part of the building complex and will start its duty as property manager of building D in the second half of 2016.
Gdański Business Center has been developed by Slovakian real estate company HB Reavis, and possesses an excellent location within the city. It is currently composed of four buildings with over 97,000 square meters in total.
